Running an Attendance Report from Your Gradebook

The first person you would probably want to run to to get an attendance report for a child in your class is our attendance secretary but STOP! Did you know that you can do this yourself from your Gradebook?
Just follow these easy steps:
1. After logging into your gradebook, click on the reports button on the top toolbar (this is the one with the printer icon).
2. From the list of Teacher Reports choose Attendance Roster.
3. Now on the right hand column you will see Report Options. Use the drop down menu to choose period 2 (don’t ask me why) then check the box that says print detail.
4. When you have done all this click the gray GENERATE button on the top.
